ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ offers a variety of services and specialties across an array of industries and target markets.

B2B RETAIL COMPLIANCE

Supplying today's multi-location retailers can be a challenge to even the most sophisticated wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. Vendor routing guides and retailer compliance manuals are complex and ever changing.

Chargebacks are an unfortunate fact of life when shipping to retailers and we view this is as a mutual responsibility where our customers and ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ work together to refute/defend reported claims from retailers. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ has a long history of working with our customers to reduce, eliminate & prevent chargebacks.

We are highly experienced in this area and have a dedicated staff accountable for routing guide compliance on behalf of our customers.

Through our ISO quality program, we manage and maintain a portfolio of current retailer routing guides for our customers in a centralized content management database. Your dedicated Account Manager is then responsible for administering the routing requirements and ensuring work instructions are communicated to the warehouse.

Through our network of shared and dedicated facilities, we service over 150 major retailers with direct-to-distribution center, direct-to-store, and drop ship programs. We are also managing door-to-door Must Arrive by Dates (MABD) and providing indirect & direct EDI communication with compliant G1, G10, UCC128, SCC18 SCC14 case labeling.

A small sample of the retailer routing and vendor compliance guides we support include:

Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, REI, Michael's, Macy's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Lowe's, C&S Wholesale, Wegman's, Safeway, Costco, BJ's, UNFI, Whole Foods, Zappo's, Shoebuy, and AAFES.
